Curam Domi currently has a care home in Middlesex, London. It is a traditional 2-bed unit providing a family-like environment to young people with social, emotional and behavioural challenges.

The Care Team

The Registered and Deputy Managers and six Residential Support Workers make up the care team of Larkspur House. It is a culturally diverse team and between us have vast experiences with children showing complex and challenging behaviours.

Our managers are highly experienced providing clear leadership and quality training and development to promote consistent care planning to the young people demonstrating their sound knowledge and understanding of the Children’s Home Regulations

Ratios

The staff to young person ratio on a standard shift is 2:1 maintaining appropriate levels of care and support whilst ensuring quality systems for safeguarding children are in place should anything arise unexpectedly.
