RESIDENTIAL CARE
Curam Domi currently has one care home in Middlesex, designed as a 2-bed unit providing a family-like environment to young people with social, emotional and behavioural challenges. Our care team consists of eight members of staff; Our Registered and Deputy Managers and six Residential Support Workers. We are a culturally a diverse team and between us have vast experiences with children showing complex and challenging behaviours. The staff to young person ratio on a standard shift is 2:1 maintaining appropriate levels of care and support whilst ensuring quality systems for safeguarding children are in place. Our managers are highly experienced providing clear leadership and quality training and development to promote consistent care planning to the young people demonstrating their sound knowledge and understanding of the Children’s Home Regulations.
